Great day today. Some people still suffering but managed to get all but one of our sick riders from yesterday back on their bikes and everyone was raring to go after some obligatory faffage, which was of the highest order this morning!
Route was much kinder today and no rain – hurray!! 50 milers flew into lunch and beat the bag van back to the hotel and the 80 milers weren’t far behind. The teams have bonded so well and great to see them working together and supporting each other round. Shame it’s the last full day!
