Day 5 in a sweltering Dordogne. Out at 7am to try and get some miles in before the worst of the heat but someone turned the thermostat up at about 11am to scorchio.

Beautiful lunch stop in Brantomme and a quick paddle in the river. The mules continue to be amazing and everyone has got round in various stages of brokenness…..but fear not, they’ve all recovered enough to have a beer!
